1. 面試前做好準備
- 避免視像面試,最好「面對面」面試
- 避免於個人住所面試以保障個人私隱
- 選擇安靜的公眾場所進行面試,例如中介公司等
- 列出問題清單,並因應自己家庭的核心需求選問
- 準備好自身家庭背景資料、每周日程、預期工作範圍、膳食安排及薪酬待遇,在面試時逐一提及,以免遺漏重要細節

2. 坦誠家居照顧需求
