必睇面試外傭注意事項！請工人面試問題及湊BB情境題(中英對照)

1. 面試前做好準備

• 避免視像面試，最好「面對面」面試
• 避免於個人住所面試以保障個人私隱
• 選擇安靜的公眾場所進行面試，例如中介公司等
• 列出問題清單，並因應自己家庭的核心需求選問
• 準備好自身家庭背景資料、每周日程、預期工作範圍、膳食安排及薪酬待遇，在面試時逐一提及，以免遺漏重要細節
• 要求外傭帶備護照、過往僱傭合約、前僱主推薦信及培訓證書，以核實其工作經驗

2. 坦誠家居照顧需求

面試時需明確告知自身家庭成員人數、是否需要照顧長者或幼童、寵物數量、居住空間及會否安裝攝像鏡頭等，如有任何家庭規則亦應表明，避免產生誤會，同時有助達成生活共識。

3. 清楚表明薪金待遇及假日安排

除了說出對外傭的工作需求外，面試時亦應該清楚表明外傭的薪金、膳食、休息空間與假日安排等，讓外傭清楚所有工作福利。

4. 測試真實語言能力

由於外傭有機會透過死記硬背通過面試，僱主可以隨手拿起圖書等物件，要求外傭即場以英文描述，測試其真實語言溝通能力。

5. 善用情境題

一些外傭會在訓練時背好標準答案，使其在面試時無懈可擊，因此僱主應避免提問是否題等封閉式問題，可以更多利用情境題，讓外傭在無法預備的情況下回答，從中了解其工作態度、個性及危機處理應變能力。

6. 雙向溝通

僱主對外傭有疑問，外傭也會對僱主及其家庭有疑問。預留一些時間讓外傭發問，可以讓雙方更加確定是否合適。

雖然面試時間不長，但僱主可以從工人姐姐的回應觀察出其個性特質。僱主可以參考以下 5 個核心特質設定開放式問題，並透過家傭的應對決定是否合適自己的家庭。

1. 誠信

提問有關背景及個人資料的問題，查看外傭的回答會否與履歷及合約不符。

2. 溝通與情緒管理

在對話時除了聆聽答案，還可以留意工人姐姐的眼神交流及說話語氣態度。

3. 應變能力與危機處理

在回答情境題時，留意家傭會如何處理突發情況，是否有解決問題的能力。

4. 衛生習慣與工作態度 

詢問有關家務工作的問題，測試家傭是否注重清潔，以及願意接受僱主的工作分配。

5. 耐性與育兒/照顧長者經驗

如家庭有小朋友或長者，必須注意家傭能否懂得如何照顧他們及與他們溝通，並能理解繁瑣的照顧工作。

請工人面試環節非常關鍵，以下提供不同方向的面試問題作參考，準僱主可以根據需求選問。

技能

• 你擅長煮什麼菜式？如果我們的口味不同，希望你學煮不同菜式，你會怎樣學？
• What dishes are you best at cooking? If our tastes are different and you need to learn how to cook new dishes, how would you learn and adapt?

• 你有沒有考獲什麼資格或是否曾經參加任何特定培訓？
• Have you obtained any qualifications or received any specific training?

• 你認為自己較為擅長做家務、照顧孩子還是煮飯？為什麼？
• What are you relatively best at: housework, childcare, or cooking? Why?

• 你有什麼技能？例如急救、縫衣、換燈泡等？如有需要，你可以在工作時執行嗎？
• What skills do you have? For example, first aid, sewing, changing light bulbs, etc. If needed, would you be able to do these tasks while working?

個人背景及工作經驗

• 你為什麼會來香港工作？你的家庭成員知道並支持你的決定嗎？
• Why do you want to come and work in Hong Kong? Does your family know about this, and do they support your decision?

• 你有多少年照顧嬰兒、兒童、長者或寵物的經驗？
• How many years of experience do you have in taking care of infants, children, the elderly, or pets?

• 你上一份工作為什麼沒有續約？真正的離職原因是什麼？
• Why wasn’t your previous job renewed? What was the real reason you left?

• 你可以分享與現時僱主或前僱主的工作時間表、職責，以及工作日與休息日嗎？你覺得工作內容有太辛苦嗎？
• Please share your working schedule and responsibilities, including weekdays and rest days, for your current employer or former employers. Is your work too demanding?

• 你有任何前顧主的推薦信或聯繫方式嗎？
• Do you have any references or contact details from your previous employers?

• 如果我對家務的標準和要求，跟你以前的僱主有很大不同，你願意完全聽從我的指示去修改嗎？
• If my house rules and cleaning standards are very different from your former employer's, are you willing to follow my instructions and change?

個人資料與生活習慣

• 你有吸煙或有其他不良嗜好嗎？
• Do you smoke, or do you have any other bad habits?

• 你有沒有任何健康問題或過敏情況？
• Do you have any health issues or allergies?

• 你目前在當地或海外有沒有任何未還清的債務？你會如何規劃你的薪水？

對工作的期望

• 如果照顧的兒童或長者拒絕服用藥物，還對你發脾氣、拒絕進食，你會怎樣應對？
• If the child or elderly person you’re caring for refuses to take their medicine, gets angry at you, and also refuses to eat, how would you handle the situation?

照顧 BB 經驗

• 你有照顧 BB 的經驗嗎？照顧過多大年紀的 BB？當時的工作內容是什麼？
• Do you have experience caring for babies? What age range have you looked after, and what were your responsibilities?

• 你是否願意與嬰兒同房，有任何條件嗎？
• Would you be willing to share a room with the baby? Are there any conditions or arrangements you need?

• 你以前有遇到過湊 BB 的困難嗎？你當時如何解決？
• Have you faced any challenges while babysitting before? How did you handle them?

複雜指令執行情境題

• 請留心聽，我需要你按順序完成：先把凍肉從冰箱拿出來放入雪櫃，然後清洗碗碟，再洗好放在桌上的蔬菜。你可以重複一次嗎？
• Please listen carefully. I need you to do these tasks in order: first, take the frozen meat out of the freezer and put it in the fridge; then wash the dishes; and finally wash the vegetables and place them on the table. Can you repeat the steps back to me in order?

誠信測試

緊急情況應對及安全意識

嬰兒護理及照顧技能

• 如果你有照顧嬰兒的經驗，可以示範一下如何正確抱 BB 以及幫嬰兒掃風嗎？
• If you have baby-care experience, could you demonstrate how to hold the baby properly and how to help the baby burp?

• 你會如何準備奶粉？如果 BB 飲剩，你會怎麼處理？
• How would you prepare baby formula? And if the baby has started drinking but doesn’t finish the bottle, what would you do?

• 你會如何協助 BB 建立規律作息時間，例如餵奶、睡眠、玩樂時間等？
• How would you help the baby build a routine, like feeding, sleep, and playtime?

• 如果 BB 在半夜不停哭鬧，但你已經餵了奶、換了片，你還會怎麼做？
• If the baby keeps crying nonstop at night and you’ve already fed and changed the diaper, what would you do next?
